I didn't realize how exhausted I was until I crawled into bed throughly exhausted and achy last night at 7:50. My arms and back ached from raking yesterday. I would get comfortable and I would have to move. Someone else was having trouble last night sleeping too and I know he was exhausted. My little boy came in saying that he had a bad dream 10 minutes after I put him into bed I put down my book and let him into bed. I cuddled with him for a few minutes and then told him to go to bed. He went to bed only to get up crying a few minutes later. "I miss Daddy!" All we could really do was just cuddle him until he stopped crying to which he then said "I am tired." I told him to go to sleep and he flipped restlessly. Joe was next to us playing his PSP so I asked him if he would like to listen to my MP3 player to which he said yes. I turned on Mozart and with in minutes he was dreaming.....and so was I. The next thing I remember is Joe taking him out of my arms and carrying him to his room. Both my heaters were gone out of bed and despite of being a little chilly I remember Joe telling me he still was a bit restless but had gone back to sleep. He didn't wake up until nearly 8:30 this morning.
When I woke up I was no longer sore but still even now a bit groggy...but so much more energetic because of the good sleep and all the exercise. Joe is gone to a Emergency Radio meeting this morning so it is just the kids and I. Kaitlyn is already bugging me to do laundry. (her favorite chore and helping me in the kitchen.) I need to break my body back into a good sleep habit. 6 hours or less is not going to do it.

Restlessness at bedtime is so tough, I feel it on occasion and ask John to play with my hair to relax a bit. But it is difficult. I am sorry Adam had a tough night, maybe he was over-tired, that happens to me some times.
